These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by Massage Therapist Comporta, operated by Laurent Quattrocchi (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Offered

We provide massage therapy, yoga instruction, beauty treatments (hairdressing, manicure/pedicure), and outdoor wellness activities (such as water bike tours) to private clients.

2. Booking Policy

All sessions are by appointment only. You may book via phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website.

You will receive a confirmation once the appointment is scheduled.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows or late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund.

4. Health and Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions or injuries at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or adapt treatment if we believe it is in your best interest or contraindicated by your condition.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, or mobile payment upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

6. Liability

All services are performed by qualified professionals with appropriate training. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, by booking a session you acknowledge and accept any risks involved in physical treatment.

We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or injuries that may be aggravated during the session unless caused by gross negligence.

7. Code of Conduct

All sessions are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to authorities.

8. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or terms at any time. Any updates will be published on our website.
